Homemade Chicken Parm

A recipe from the King

Ingredients:
Instructions:
  1. Cut chicken breasts to 1/2 inch (preferably as thin as possible) and beat the salmonella out of them with a meat pounder ;)

  2. Coat chicken breasts in flour, egg, and then breadcrumb mixture (roughly 60:40 breadcrumbs:parmesan cheese). Drink.

  3. In pan, heat oil til bubbling. Place breaded chicken breast in oil and flip once the side facing down is brown to dark brown.

  4. Guzzle wine. Place on paper towel once both sides have been cooked, appx 2-3 min per side.

  5. Drain oil and in same pan, place HOMEMADE SAUCE and then chicken. Pause to drink wine.

  6. On top of chicken, place thinly cut mozzarella and fresh cut basil. Place in over at 350 degrees fro 10-15 minutes. Drink some wine.

  7. Switch over to broil, and broil unil cheese melts (you'll see brown spots).

  8. Have your girlfriend make pasta during all of the above because you suck at making pasta and you're busy making the good stuff anyway.

  9. Combine all on place and open a new bottle of wine since you just crushed the other one.
