Each category is given a quality score between 0 and 5, with 5 being the tastiest, and 0 being the most offensive.
Categories are assigned weights based on importance. Chicken carries the most weight in the overall score, while pasta contributes the least.
Chicken = 40% of overall score
Sauce = 30%
Cheese = 20%
Pasta = 10%
